Great service! Made my appointment easily online and received text and email reminders. Got the job done quickly and I got a full report on the multi point inspection they conducted. Even left me a bag of candy with a thank you note in my car. I will be going back here again!

Had a good experience on my first visit as my check engine lights indicated multiple issues. These were traced back to a possible common cause, which was fixed on the first attempt. Mechanical and electrical systems can make diagnostics challenging and I was grateful to get these conflicting indicators sorted on the first try.

This is the first time I used Signal as I bought a preowned BMW and I can’t just take it to a local shop. They did a comprehensive review of the car. Found some new issues and repaired the ones I knew about. Great communication which is important to me. Will for sure use them next time.

They meet the expectations that they set regarding time and money. They were able to get me in quickly and did the work promptly and were upfront about what was required. Their service contrasted favorably with the service level I had been recently experiencing at the dealership.
