Terrible customer service. Was told they would call me back regarding a replacement part. Never heard back.

I had my vehicle serviced here… it was quick, easy, painless… however when they took my payment… they gave me the total. I handed them my card, Sergio ran it, gave me the receipt and I left. I didn’t even notice until I saw my bank notification and wondered why it was more than the total he told me. I needed my van for a family trip, but it was making a weird noise. Sergio was able to squeeze me in on a Saturday, and did a great job to boot. The service here is fantastic!

My boyfriend and I have gone here multiple times with all 3 of our vehicles and have had amazing experiences each and every time! The people are kind, the prices are reasonable, and their work is efficient and effective. We’ve since moved out of the area but I still plan to go here for services!
